The Egyptian Committee for Relief and Support of the Palestinian People announced the launch of the first phase of its major humanitarian initiative, "Hearts Beyond Borders," in the Palestinian city of Rafah. The initiative includes distributing more than 55,000 comprehensive food packages to affected families.
This step comes as part of ongoing Egyptian efforts to support the Palestinian people across various areas of the Gaza Strip. The committee's teams have begun distribution operations in cooperation with the local Palestinian family representatives (Mukhtars) to ensure that the aid reaches those in need fairly and transparently.
The committee confirmed that the campaign will continue in the coming days to cover the rest of Gaza’s governorates, as part of a comprehensive plan to provide food, shelter, and essential needs for displaced persons amid the difficult humanitarian conditions in the region.
