The Egyptian Committee for Humanitarian Relief and Support to the Palestinian People has successfully launched the first phase of its large-scale humanitarian initiative, “Hearts Across Borders” in Rafah. Over 55,000 comprehensive food parcels were distributed to affected households, aiming to address urgent needs and provide vital support to families enduring difficult living conditions in the Gaza Strip.
As part of Egypt’s ongoing humanitarian efforts to support the Palestinian people across the Gaza Strip, the Committee’s field teams have commenced distribution operations in coordination with local community elders (Mukhtars), ensuring that aid reaches those in need efficiently, fairly, and transparently.
The Committee reaffirmed that the campaign will continue in the coming days, expanding its reach to the remaining governorates of Gaza as part of a comprehensive effort to provide food, shelter, and essential supplies to displaced families confronting the severe humanitarian conditions in the Strip.
