As part of its ongoing support for affected residents in the Gaza Strip, the Egyptian Committee for the Relief of the People of Gaza distributed blankets and bedding to citizens in the hardest-hit areas, notably the town of Bani Suhaila east of Khan Yunis.
The operation was carried out within the framework of the Committee’s humanitarian campaign, which also included the distribution of food parcels and blankets to families whose homes were damaged or destroyed during the recent hostilities, under difficult humanitarian conditions.
Local residents praised Egypt’s continuous role, highlighting that this initiative underscores the brotherly relationship between the Egyptian and Palestinian peoples amid the crisis.
The Egyptian Committee confirmed that these efforts aim to provide winter warmth and essential supplies to affected families, through rapid relief shipments and immediate distribution in areas experiencing shortages of humanitarian aid.
