the second phase of the “Hearts Beyond Borders” campaign in the Gaza Strip, by launching the largest food-aid distribution operation in Khan Younis Governorate. Today, the committee’s teams began distributing 90,000 bags of flour and 270,000 cans of preserved meat, which are being delivered through 29 distribution points prepared to cover all areas within the governorate.
The committee confirmed that this phase comes as a continuation of Egypt’s relief efforts aimed at supporting residents and alleviating the humanitarian crisis, while ensuring that aid reaches eligible families in an organized and timely manner.
To facilitate residents’ access to assistance, the committee announced the launch of an online registration link that allows citizens to sign up, review their information, and identify their designated pickup point—helping regulate distribution and reduce overcrowding.
The committee has also activated a 24-hour hotline to receive registration requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring immediate follow-up on any concerns and providing comprehensive support to the people of Khan Younis.
The Egyptian Committee reaffirmed its commitment to continuing additional phases of the campaign in the coming period, in line with its humanitarian role toward the residents of the Gaza Strip and its dedication to providing all possible forms of support.
